AUTO-DEBIT FACILITY

Bank of Baroda account holders can use the auto-debit facility form and submit it to us through Bank of Baroda branch.

Deposit cheque in favor of BOBCARD No. <your 16-digit card number> at any of the Bank of Baroda branch

Important Points to Note

If the payment is made by you through InstaPay via Bill Desk, Razorpay, or Net Banking OR through our Mobile Apps (bob World & bobcard), Payment confirmation is sent to your registered email id & mobille number
immediately upon successful payment processing.

If the payment is made by you through Any Other Mode like NEFT, Cheque, Cash, IMPS or any other, Payment confirmation is sent to your registered email id & mobile number on
T+2 days upon successful payment processing (T= date on which payment is made).

LOGIN to App or Portal

Go to tab TRANSACTIONS

Click on VIEW ALL

(appears on the top right-hand side corner above the transaction list)

Click on the UNSETTLED tab

In case you do not find your payment transaction listed under tab Unsettled, this may be because it has already moved to tab Unbilled; this means PAYMENT SUCCESSFULLY PROCESSED

In case your payment transaction couldn’t be found under any of the tabs; this means TIMEOUT/FAILED TRANSACTION. Don’t worry, if your bank account gets debited, we will check at our end and if funds are received, the same will be credited in 48 hours

ALL SUCCESSFUL PAYMENTS MOVE FROM TAB UNSETTLED TO UNBILLED POST 24 HOURS.
