Eligibility Criteria
• Designated Sailors & Offficers of the Indian Navy & Indian Navy Veterans
• Age: 18 to 70 years (Primary Cardholder). Above 18 years (Add-on Cardholder)

Mandatory Proof
• Recent Passport size photograph (with clear / white background & without dark / tinted glass)
• PAN Card
• ID card or Service Certificate or Salary Slip mentioning the Rank of the Official.
• Auto Debit of MAD/TAD amount for the ease of repayments (BOB accountholders, ONLY)
• Rank proof mentioning the Rank of the Official Canteen Card
• Documents required for Veterans: PPO (Pension Pay Order), ROID (Retired officers Identity card), RID (Retired Identity Card)

• Aadhaar Card (both side)
• Voter ID Card issued by election commission of India
• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Job Card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government
• Letter issued by the National Population Register containing details of the name & address
